Daniel Craig, M.P.A.

Executive Director, Jill Scott Arts & Community Fund

Daniel Craig, M.P.A., is a nonprofit executive, educator, and author whose career reflects a deep commitment to youth empowerment and community transformation. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, he holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Public Administration, along with a certification in Nonprofit Administration. Daniel spent more than two decades as a special education teacher in Nashville, where he developed innovative workforce readiness programs for students with disabilities. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Bridge Builders Program, Inc., and the author of the Lil Buddy children's book series, which centers emotional development and self-confidence in young readers. His contributions to volunteer service earned him the Daily Point of Light Award, and the King of England personally invited him to attend the coronation in recognition of his community impact. Daniel now serves as Executive Director of the Jill Scott Arts & Community Fund, where he leads efforts to expand access to education, arts, and leadership development for underserved youth.

Sharon Green

Advisory Board, Jill Scott Arts & Community Fund

Sharon Green is a nonprofit leader, academic strategist, and wellness advocate with more than 25 years of experience supporting youth, families, and underserved communities. She currently serves as Executive Director of Sisters Inspiring Sisters (SIS), where she oversees programs providing social-emotional resources and leadership development for Black teenage girls. Sharon has also led community expansion efforts in partnership with Atlanta-area school systems as well as communities in Mississippi and Tennessee. In addition to her work with SIS, she serves as a consultant for the SonRise Project, a mental wellness resource for parents, and has been featured on The SonRise Podcast on the OWN network. Drawing on her own experience with breast cancer, she established a patient advocacy program for women of color and serves on the steering committee for Project TEACH. As founder of BloomTree Inc., Sharon brings a coaching framework that helps families navigate the academic, social, and emotional factors shaping children's success. She brings this breadth of community experience to her role as an Advisory Board member of the Jill Scott Arts & Community Fund.

Arnetta Johnson

ADVISORY BOARD, JILL SCOTT ARTS & COMMUNITY FUND

Arnetta Johnson and the trumpet began their relationship at age 13; They dubbed her "That Trumpet Chic”! She attended Creative Arts High School and
continued her education graduating from Berklee College of Music. From there she went on to perform with major acts of many genres such as Terri Lyne
Carrington, Tia Fuller, The War and Treaty, Victoria Monet, Jill Scott, Beyonce, and more. Arnetta is currently touring with the AJR Brothers and can be heard on their most recent releases. With her own album “If You Hear A Trumpet It’s Me”, she has also created her own sound called Disruptive Jazz. To continue the legacy of those that gave her the opportunity to succeed Arnetta has recently launched her own nonprofit, The BOP Foundation where their flagship program for young musicians called Arnetta’s Band Camp thrives.

Randy Robinson

Advisory Board, Jill Scott Arts & Community Fund

Randy Robinson is a seasoned political strategist and government relations professional with more than two decades of experience advancing campaigns, legislative priorities, and coalition-building efforts across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors. As Principal of RRR Consulting, LLC and MR Strategies, LLC, he has served as a trusted advisor to labor unions, charter school networks, and a wide range of civic organizations on matters of policy, outreach, and stakeholder engagement. His campaign portfolio spans local, state, and federal races — including serving as Deputy Field Director for Eric Johnson's 2019 Dallas mayoral campaign, Campaign Consultant for Senator Pat Toomey's 2016 Senate race, and Deputy Campaign Manager for Lynn Swann's gubernatorial bid. Earlier in his career, Randy led government and community relations for the National Comprehensive Center for Fathers, where he grew the organization's budget from $1.5 million to $4 million, and served as Political Director and Lobbyist for Transport Workers Union Local 234. He is also a longtime on-air political contributor for Fox 29. Randy brings his expertise in advocacy, public affairs, and community engagement to his service on the Advisory Board of the Jill Scott Arts & Community Fund.

Toni Williams

For three decades, Toni Williams has been the strategist that foundations call on to make their work visible, credible, and impactful. As Senior Vice President at Burness, she provides senior counsel to some of the country’s most influential philanthropies, including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, guiding public health data initiatives and national engagement campaigns that reach millions. She spent over a decade leading communications for the Culture of Health Prize, partnering with more than 50 communities to spotlight place-based solutions that expand opportunity for all, and building the public profile of the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps into a trusted national resource that expands the idea of what impacts health. Before Burness, she led public relations at the Alzheimer’s Association, where her work helped secure passage of the National Alzheimer’s Project Act and expanded outreach to underserved communities. A Howard University graduate who began her career at C-SPAN, Toni combines strategic rigor with a genuine belief in the power of story to open doors for the next generation. She brings that discipline and heart to every table she joins.
