About Aisha
Aisha Winfield is the President of A.I.B. Marketing & Consulting, a growing agency with a focus on culture, philanthropy, and education. Her passion for music and youth development have led her to serve as Director of Lifestyle Marketing & Promotions at Epic Records, General Manager for C.I.D. Management, General Manager for Rockstar Entertainment, Executive Director of the Blues Babe Foundation, Lead Project Manager for the PA Google in Education Summit, and Event Planner for the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color (COSEBOC) Annual Gathering of Leaders.
Aisha is a 20-year music industry veteran and has earned a solid reputation in marketing, promotions, management, event logistics, community affairs, and special projects. Her leadership experience includes non-profit management, event production, youth development, and project coordination. She is a graduate of Cornell University; an engaged board member for nonprofits in Philadelphia and New York; and the Founder/Executive Director of Jr. Music Executive.
